At MUNAPA, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for sending your item back.

Refunds

• After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
