At MUNAPA, we understand that plans can change. You may cancel or modify your order as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation or change, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and details of your request. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified. In that case, you may initiate a return after receiving your package in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
If your cancellation is approved, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please ensure all order details, including shipping address and items, are correct before placing your order to avoid delays or complications.
